Терапевтические средства при аппаратной перфузии донорских органов

Аннотация
Актуальность. Неудовлетворенная потребность в трансплантологической помощи диктует необходимость использования органов от субоптимальных доноров. Аппаратная перфузия, активно развивающаяся в настоящее время, призвана решить данную проблему. В работе рассмотрены современные технологии аппаратной перфузии донорских органов ex vivo и in vivo, которые позволяют улучшить их функции и выполнить успешную пересадку. Также проведен анализ и выявлены наиболее перспективные направления исследований как на животных, так и у человека.
Цель. Проанализировать опыт применения терапевтических средств при аппаратной перфузии донорских органов.
Материал и методы. Источники с 2015 по 2023 год, найденные в PubMed, Google Scholar, eLibrary.
Заключение. Стремительный прогресс в трансплантации легких, печени и почек позволил использовать трансплантаты от асистолических доноров для пациентов, остро нуждающихся в органах. В свою очередь, эти достижения также подтолкнули к изучению потенциальных терапевтических средств, которые могут быть использованы во время перфузии.
